No two blocks of marble from the one quarry are ever the same. With our Special Materials Collection you will commission a bespoke fireplace to order that is as unique as your own interior style of design. Each fire surround is hand carved from the highest quality materials that have been selected by our experts when they visit the quarries. Striking and sophisticated, a piece commissioned from our Special Materials Collection will provide a visually arresting focus for any room.

We have assembled a selection of materials that range from the rich jewel-tone of Breche de Vendomme and lilac to the timeless monochromatic hues of Pele Tigre and Turchino Striato. Any fire surround in the Chesneys range can be fabricated to order from these special materials but below are a series of images of the more architectural designs that present themselves as an ideal canvass to display these beautiful materials.
