We offer a 3 year guarantee on all HEAT appliances but not against individual components that may wear and need to be replaced e.g. fire bricks, glass or handles etc. For best results we recommend regular care of your machine.

We offer 3 delivery / collection options but recommend our white glove delivery service that includes installation to a location of your choice, unwrapping and set up, so your appliance is ready to use (subject to Ts & Cs).
